Grace Hopper was a computer pioneer, naval officer, and an innovator who earned herself a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in mathematics from Yale. She is best known for her trailblazing contributions to computer programming, software development, and the design and implementation of programming languages. Her other contributions include working on the first ever computer and her ability of coding. (Brendan Lee, April 2022)
